1886: From the Intimate to the Monumental This classical music concert at Ferme Rosset explores the contrast between intimate musical moments and the grandeur of monumental works.
The programme features works by Edvard Grieg, Amy Beach and César Franck, performed by the Duo Con Fuoco: Camille Théveneau on violin and Florent Ling on piano.
The concert starts at 8pm and admission is free, with a collection at the exit.

Theatre Performance: L’Ours et la Demande en mariageEnjoy an evening of comedy and lively theatre with two entertaining plays by the renowned Russian playwright Anton Chekhov. The Bear and The Marriage Proposal explore love, marriage and social conventions through witty arguments, unexpected confrontations and wonderfully eccentric characters.
The performances combine humour, energy and tenderness, offering a playful look at the absurdities of human relationships and the sometimes fine line between conflict and attraction.
The production is directed by Tibor Ockenfels and Flavie Tapparel and produced by Théâtre de Carouge. The Theatre's travelling theatre truck takes the performance directly to communities across the Geneva region. Performances are free.

Kurai x Gesa FestivalKurai x Gesa consists of three days of open-air electronic music, on two stages and a packed international lineup. Taking place at La Gravière d’Epeisses, the festival features artists including Luciano, Loco Dice, MRAK, Guy Gerber and Cerrone, followed by late-night afterparties at the Video Club in nearby Satigny. Sey’maz Musique FestivalThe Sey’maz Musique Festival will take place in Chêne-Bourg and Chêne-Bougeries for its second edition. Across four days, the festival offers a rich programme of classical music and contemporary creations in churches, historic buildings and other unique venues.
The programme features the Quatuor Sine Nomine, the festival’s ensemble in residence, alongside concerts by Le Concert Impromptu, Aurora Vocalis and the Sey’maz Musique vocal and instrumental ensemble. Highlights include a night of organ music, chamber music, a family concert and an electro-acoustic performance.
All concerts are free, with a collection at the exit. The festival offers an opportunity to discover high-quality music across the Trois-Chêne area.

Apéro-Concert: Who Killed Mozart?Join the Centre culturel du Manoir for a unique evening combining music, theatre and dark humour.
Who Killed Mozart? explores the legendary rivalry between Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonio Salieri, freely inspired by Alexander Pushkin's Mozart and Salieri. Through a captivating mix of theatrical performance and live piano music, the show explores themes of genius, jealousy, ambition and artistic creation.
Featuring Maxime-Pierre Mahé and Romain Peltier, accompanied on piano by Irina Chkourindina, the performance promises an entertaining and intriguing musical investigation into one of classical music's most famous rivalries.
The one-hour performance is followed by a friendly aperitif, it is a chance to relax, meet others and share the experience with the artists and fellow audience members.

International Hip-Hop Battles & InitiationExperience a vibrant day celebrating hip-hop, breakdance and street dance, bringing together dancers from Switzerland and across Europe. This free event features high-level battles, performances and DJ sets, while also highlighting talented local and young dancers.
The programme includes dance initiation workshops for children aged 4 and over, giving younger participants the chance to discover hip-hop, break and other dance styles in a fun and welcoming environment. A special under-18 category also gives young dancers the opportunity to showcase their talent.

Onex Fire Brigade Open Day 2026The Onex Fire Brigade will open the doors of its fire station to the public from 10am to 4pm. Families and visitors can discover the station, meet firefighters and explore emergency vehicles and equipment.
The day will feature firefighter challenges, a zip line, rescue demonstrations, a fire simulator, an inflatable castle and activities for children. Visitors can also learn more about the work of firefighters and the Young Firefighters programme. Free admission and no registration required.

La Sixième Vague - escape game on the lakeBecome the detective in La Sixième Vague, an immersive outdoor escape game that transforms Lake Geneva into the scene of a thrilling mystery. Two young scouts have disappeared, an old notebook has resurfaced, and strange radio signals hint at a secret linked to the legendary Beast of La Maladière.
Travelling by paddleboard or canoe, participants navigate between different locations, interact with actors portraying key characters, uncover clues and work together to solve the mystery.

Le Jardin Robinson d’Avully – 50th Anniversary CelebrationThe Jardin Robinson d’Avully is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a weekend of medieval-themed family festivities, activities and entertainment.
On Saturday, visitors can enjoy a traditional bread oven, medieval games and competitions, coat-of-arms workshops, herbalism, medieval fencing demonstrations, butter-making, archery and catapult challenges. Children and families can also enjoy storytelling and a travelling circus throughout the afternoon.
The evening programme includes a roast wild boar banquet, juggling initiation, a spectacular fire-juggling show, followed by live music from The Others and an electro-medieval DJ set by Jojo.
Sunday continues with a medieval brunch and surprise activities, followed by the announcement of the competition winners.

Vogue d’AthenazThe Vogue d’Athenaz is a lively village celebration with a programme combining traditional festivities, music, food and family entertainment. The event is organised by the local Vogue committee in the hamlet of Athenaz.
Saturday begins with a box-breaking challenge, followed by a parade of vintage tractors and a performance by the local brass band. The evening continues with live music from We Are Interview – Frontal Rock and Gora – Classic Rock 80s, before a DJ set featuring a mix of styles.
On Sunday, visitors can explore an artisan market, watch the vintage tractor parade, enjoy the local and All-Style brass bands, and listen to Oneklaps – Pop Rock. A karaoke session rounds off the weekend.

Caisses à Savon de CorsierThe Caisses à Savon de Corsier is a fun and colourful soapbox race that welcomes participants and spectators for a day of creativity, excitement and community spirit, now in its 34th edition. Organised by the Association des Caisses à Savon de Corsier, this is a popular local tradition.
This year’s theme, “La course aux étoiles de Corsier!” (Corsier’s Race to the Stars), invites participants to decorate and customise their homemade racing carts around a star-themed concept. The event combines the thrill of downhill racing with imaginative designs, creating a spectacular and family-friendly experience.

Fête du Salève 2026The Fête du Salève takes place on Mont Salève, the iconic mountain located just beyond the Geneva canton border in France. The event invites visitors to explore this iconic local landscape through a series of popular walks starting from French villages around the mountain and leading towards the summit.
This year’s event highlights pastoralism, with local producers, a market, food stalls, musical entertainment and activities organised by local associations. Visitors can discover Salève's natural and cultural heritage while enjoying a day in the mountains.
Walking routes will depart from Beaumont, Croix de Rozon, Étrembières, La Muraz, Le Sappey, Monnetier-Mornex and Saint-Blaise, before converging at the Petit Pommier alpine pasture.

Tour du monde en 1 jourThe third edition of Around the World in 1 Day will be held at the Grève Nautique in Port-Choiseul from 11am to 7pm, the event highlights the cultural diversity of Versoix through food, music and activities from around the world.
Visitors can discover international specialities, world music, games and creative workshops designed for both children and adults. The event offers a chance to discover different cultures, share traditions and enjoy a relaxed day by Lake Geneva.

Musique à Pont-Rouge – TGM2FMusique à Pont-Rouge series welcomes Ta grand-mère et deux flûtes (TGM2F) on Place de Pont-Rouge in Lancy. This free, one-hour concert, starting at 6.30pm, is open to all audiences.
TGM2F started as a minimalist brass band and blends swing, twist, Afrobeat, Balkan music and meditative sounds, drawing inspiration from painting and vintage electronic music tapes. The group features Tom Mendy on double bass and vocals, Christophe Turchi on saxophone and effects, Jonathan Delachaux on bass clarinet and effects, and Mathias Froelicher on percussion, flute and beatbox.
The concert is part of Lancy’s summer cultural programme and the FA-MI project, which uses the mobile and eco-friendly “20 mille lieux” stage to bring local artistic performances to neighbourhoods across Geneva.

Anitya – ImpermanenceAnitya is a captivating contemporary circus performance by Inbal Ben Haim, exploring the Buddhist idea of impermanence and the ever-changing nature of life.

Chapel Festival The Chapel Festival returns to the Parc de la Chapelle in Lancy for two days of live music and entertainment. The festival brings together local and regional artists, with a programme ranging from rock and French chanson to funk, pop and tribute performances.
Highlights include Spit Reckless, Merci Johnny, Electric Paradise, Sans Voies, Lenny K and Celebrity Stars, offering something for a wide range of musical tastes. On Saturday, the festival also features an apéritif DJ session and plenty of opportunities to enjoy food, drinks and music with friends and family.

Brazilian Day Geneva 2026Brazilian Day Geneva celebrates Brazilian culture through music, dance, food and the arts. Organised by the Centre Culturel Brésilien de Genève (CCBG), the event offers a colourful programme for all ages, with a focus on sharing and showcasing the richness of Brazilian culture.
The programme includes live concerts, Brazilian gastronomy, dance performances, exhibitions, workshops and activities for children. Visitors can discover Brazilian traditions, enjoy music and performances, sample traditional food and take part in creative activities.
The CCBG is a non-profit organisation founded in 2012 with the mission of promoting Brazilian culture, music and dance in Switzerland. The event will take place in the Salle des Fêtes in Vernier.

Grave’Side Presents “From Thônex to Madagascar”Grave’Side presents the documentary “From Thônex to Madagascar,” telling the story of a solidarity project carried out by 15 young people from Thônex.
After a year of fundraising and preparation, they travelled to Ambohimanatrika, Madagascar, in September 2025, where they helped build a water network for the village.
The documentary captures their journey, commitment, teamwork, and the human impact of this meaningful project.
The open-air screening will take place at Place de Graveson. Light refreshments will be available from 7.30pm, with the screening starting at 8.30pm. The event is free and open to all ages. Film shown in French.

Festi’Rouge – Pepper and Tomato FestivalFesti’Rouge is a celebration of peppers, tomatoes, local producers and culinary creativity. With free-price admission, the festival invites visitors to discover unusual varieties, local artisans and flavours ranging from mild to seriously spicy.

Festival Rock d’ArareThe 21st edition of Festival Rock d’Arare promises two days of free live music, featuring a professional stage and an exciting line-up of rock artists. This year, the festival makes a special move to the Butte de Plan-les-Ouates for an exceptional edition.
The programme features a great mix of rock, punk, ska and alternative music, with highlights including Killing Volts, Kim Melville and Las Furias on Friday, followed on Saturday by Les Blattes, Los Tres Puntos and La Brigade du Kif. Orion FestivalParc des Molliers in Bernex will host the first edition of Orion Festival, a new music event created and organised by around twenty young students from the region. Over the course of the weekend, the park will be transformed into a vibrant space dedicated to music, discovery and community. More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the first edition.
Featuring two stages, the festival will offer an eclectic programme showcasing emerging artists from Switzerland and beyond. Rap, electro, pop, rock, R&B, folk, techno and DJ sets will come together to create a diverse musical experience for a wide audience. The line-up includes artists such as Liv Del Estal, A6el, Beka, Stela, Mia Oud, Yuri, Burning House, Halusk, Semba and Funky McGee, among others.
Visitors will be able to enjoy food stands, bars and a beer garden, as well as local crafts, relaxation areas and activities such as pétanque.

Demi de JussyThe Demi de Jussy is a popular night running event with a history dating back more than 40 years. Runners are able to choose between a 20 km race, a 10 km race or a walking course.
This year’s theme is Prohibition, adding a playful twist to the race and its activities. Participants can enjoy entertainment along the route before finishing with food and refreshments, including the event’s traditional risotto.
The Demi de Jussy is also part of the Défi Rive Gauche, a challenge combining three 10 km races in the Geneva countryside.

Unplugged GrungeExperience a powerful evening of rock with Grungehog & Gédéon at the Espace culturel du Bois-Des-Arts.
Grungehog brings the raw energy of 1990s Seattle grunge, inspired by iconic bands such as Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains. Opening the evening, Gédéon blends groovy folk-rock with seventies influences, acoustic instruments, and French and Spanish vocals.

NunoExperience open-air cinema under the stars with the documentary Nuno.
Set in the Curé-Desclouds neighbourhood, the film tells the story of a close-knit community where friendship and solidarity bring people together. Directed by Harrison, a friend of Nuno, the documentary offers an intimate and moving portrait of a man living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, through the voices of his family, friends and those around him.
Beyond the illness, Nuno celebrates his strength of character and the positive impact he has on the people around him.

Fête des Vendanges de RussinThe Fête des Vendanges, now in its 63rd edition, transforms the charming village of Russin into a lively celebration of Geneva’s wine, local produce and village traditions.
Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy wine tastings, local food, concerts, a traditional artisan and terroir market, family activities and street entertainment. The programme also includes the much-loved traditional parade on Sunday.There will be musical performances throughout the village, including Skull Flowers, News Balls and NASCA, as well as the Vernier brass band and Big Band Dardagny-Russin.
With more than 40,000 visitors in successful years, the Fête des Vendanges de Russin is one of Geneva’s most popular harvest celebrations.

Watoo Festival BD 2026The Watoo Festival, an international comic book festival, is designed for both young audiences and comic book fans of all ages. The festival features authors and illustrators from Geneva, Switzerland and beyond.
The programme includes comic book workshops, exhibitions, animations and meet-and-greet sessions with artists, with free admission to the main festival at the Espace Vélodrome. The 2026 guests include Pierre Wazem, the festival’s guest of honour, as well as Marc Hardy, Adrienne Barman, Philippe Luguy, Maurane Mazars, Fuat Erkol, Elmax, Rafaël Morales, Natinutu, Frédéric Marniquet and many more.

Rolex Switzerland Sail Grand Prix Geneva 2026The Rolex Switzerland Sail Grand Prix returns to Lake Geneva following a sold-out debut in 2025. The world’s fastest sailing teams will compete in high-speed F50 catamarans, racing just off the Geneva shoreline at speeds of up to around 100 km/h.
Over two days, spectators can watch three races each day, with the Swiss team led by Sébastien Schneiter aiming to claim victory on home waters. The Race Stadium at Quai de Cologny will also feature live commentary, big screens, food and drinks, interactive activities and the SailGP simulator.
With grandstand, premium and hospitality ticket options available, the event offers an exciting way to experience one of the world’s most spectacular sailing competitions from the shores of Lake Geneva.

Les Jeudis du Jazz – Swing Crooners NightChêne-Bougeries hosts Swing Crooners Night, an evening dedicated to the timeless sounds of swing and jazz. The concert features Angelo Power and the Big Up’ Band, performing energetic interpretations of songs from Michael Bublé’s repertoire.

CrabCore Fest VIIIEnjoy two evenings of intense rock and metal at CrabCore Fest. The festival is dedicated to supporting the local music scene, with a diverse line-up featuring bands from Switzerland and neighbouring France.
This year’s programme includes Wake the Dead, Fvria, Fallen Skies and Ivy on Friday, followed on Saturday by Murmur, Brévine, Korruped and Edge of Infinity, covering styles from hardcore and metalcore to black metal, post-black and melodic death metal.
The festival has a pay-what-you-can admission, making it accessible while helping support the artists and the local music scene. Doors open at 7pm, with concerts starting at 8pm. There will also be a large tent in case of bad weather.

Vogue de VeyrierThe Vogue de Veyrier is a traditional village festival highlighting the community, local heritage and Swiss traditions.
The weekend features live music, entertainment, an artisan market, a flea market, children’s activities, food and refreshments, with events taking place throughout the village. The artisan market will run on Saturday and Sunday, while the programme offers activities for families, young people and adults.
A long-standing tradition in Veyrier, the Vogue offers a chance to enjoy local culture, discover artisans and share a festive weekend with the community.

Clarolo SwingMoulin Fabry in Satigny hosts Clarolo Swing for an evening of jazz, swing manouche, waltz and French chanson.
The group, formed in 2014, takes inspiration from Django Reinhardt and classic jazz, combining lively guitar, violin, double bass, trumpet, clarinet and vocals. The musicians are Virginie (vocals), Claude (double bass), Laurent (guitar, trumpet and clarinet), Cyril (violin) and Romain (guitar).
The bar opens at 6pm with drinks and light food, followed by the concert at around 8pm. Entry is free, with the musicians performing “au chapeau”. Reservations are strongly recommended.
